How these cases were planned
Each case began with digital intraoral scans, 3D CBCT imaging on the RAY Quantum 5D CT, photos and a facial scan. In Dr. Lee's practice, the decision on whether extractions are needed is made after checking roots, bone and whole-face balance, not from tooth position alone. Not every case can be treated without extractions; your plan depends on your examination.
