The content of your inquiry

We do not ask for more information than is needed to respond to you.

Reply to your consultation inquiry
Schedule and confirm appointments

3. Retention and deletion

Personal information is deleted without delay once the purpose of collection has been fulfilled. Consultation inquiry information is kept for up to 6 months after the consultation and then deleted. Medical records created during treatment are retained for the periods required under Korea's Medical Service Act.

4. Provision to third parties

We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except where required by law or where you have given separate consent.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time, and you may ask us to stop processing it. To make a request, contact the privacy officer below. We will respond without undue delay, subject to legal retention obligations such as those for medical records.
